Heart smart rump is simply a whole rump with the cap removed and most of the excess fat trimmed to give you a leaner cut.
Absolutely delicious, full-flavoured Australian Wagyu. Our heart smart rumps don't include the rump cap, however do have a small fat cap left on.
Wagyu fat is full of flavour, and full of monounsaturated fat (the "good fats") which promote good cholesterol and heart health.
