A rich, creamy blend of aromatic mild spices in a fusion of tomato, cream, yoghurt and honey. Mild in flavour, which makes this a great choice for all the family – even the kids!

Method:
- Seal meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan
- Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
- Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are tender (20 mins for vegetables or chicken, longer for red meats)
- Serve with steamed basmati rice.
What You'll Need:
- 1kg of Diced Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Seafood or Vegetables.
- 500g (2 cups) of Basmati Rice.
- Optional: 150ml Cream.
